I have been taking my car to M&M for several years. Jason, the owner is very honest, and thorough. He takes the time to explain alternatives, instead of defaulting to the most expensive option. I initially came to Jason after the BMW dealership gave me a laundry list of things “wrong” with my car when they gave me a complementary service check as part of a recall appointment. I know enough to know that the prices they were quoting were ridiculous, so I thanked the dealer and went to Jason on the recommendation of a neighbor. They took the car in, did their own diagnosis, and line for line mentioned what was necessary, to safely maintain the vehicle, and what in their opinion, was excessive. I had half the work the dealer recommended done, and that half was 33% less than I was quoted. In essence, I saved well over $1,000 combined in unnecessary, or over priced work. I have been going ever since. Jason is kind, polite, articulate, and good humored. The work has always been done on time, or earlier than promised. Recently, we took my wife’s Subaru in and Jason researched the problem to find that there was a recall for the torque converter. He even took the time to call IA of Merrillville to confirm the issue for us. That level of service and honesty these days is quite rare. I give M&M Car Care my highest recommendation in terms of service, integrity, and communication. Good folks, who do good work.
