I brought in my SUV for a roaring sound at the rear end. They diagnosed and found had a wheel bearing problem. They fixed the problem in a day. Got the car, now has a different noise in the rear. Brought the vehicle back. Fixed the problem in just less an hour. Mark and his associates are very helpful. I've been using M&M Car Care Center for any problems in both of my vehicles. And their price is reasonable. Will definitely use them again for any repair work. Thank you. -Satisfied customer.

It took them three times to fix a leaking power steering cooler / hose. The first time they just replaced the hose clamps. The second time replaced the hose. The third time they replaced the power steering cooler. I was charged all three times, but given a slight discount on the third visit. I did an oil change yesterday and noticed the splash guard ($50) was never put back on and they damaged the fender well (broke the plastic / clips ($?)). I should have learned after the first visit which was for a P2138 error code, which caused the car to go into limp mode. They never fixed that, but was charged for diagnostics. I ended up fixing it by replacing the throttle body which contains the throttle position sensor on a Nissan. In my opinion, I guess I have to make time to fix my own vehicle if I want parts put back, or it fixed correctly the first time. Live and learn!!!

My mom's car ended up having a bad computer which was an odd 1 year only issue, the dealers told us to buy a new car cause no fix for the issue. This was an 02 intrepid that was in excellent condition with only 86k on it so hard to swallow cause it was a great car. Jason told me all the info to find a new used one and swapped it and still no good but didn't give up there, he tracked down info on a company to program a used one and BOOM! The part showed up, swapped it, and passed emissions! Thank you so much to Jason for all your help!!!

I've had two services performed now from M&M. I had an air intake installed in my maxima and a horn fixed in my Dodge Journey. They respond so quickly to messages and Bob at the desk is fantastic. He totally understands customer service. You feel welcomed and appreciated. They're patient with questions and fair with prices. This is exactly what you'd hope for in a non corporate type of business. From now on I will only go here and I have started recommending them to friends and family.
