Over the years I have had my issues with cars as I am sure everyone has but the one person and place I can count on is Jason Smith with M & M Car Care! For regular maintenance and the once in a while issue that we all encounter with our vehicles I have always relied on Jason's advice and suggestions. Being a single mother and not knowing too much about vehicles I refer him to all of my friends and customers in the area! Finding an honest mechanic is hard to do! The amount of miles I put on my car in a years time requires me to get an oil change almost every month or 6 weeks and then add the many places I like to road trip to and I would say I see Jason more then most of my family members! Do yourself a favor and try M & M Car Care you will not be disappointed!

**UPDATE** I had to bring my car in again, because it wouldn't pass emissions & was still acting up. Not only did the owner fix my car at no charge, but he personally brought it to the emission center for another test, & it passed!! This isn't the only time he's gone out of his way for us. One other time he had my car, a part broke off & I needed my car for a family trip we had planned. He paid out of his own pocket for a rental for us, even though it wasn't his fault that part broke. And in regards to not being notified on keeping my car overnight? The owner did NOT know about that, & never heard the messages I had left on the answering machine. Now that he's aware of the problem, it won't happen again. I am happy again with M&M, & thank you :) My car passed!!! **Original post** I didn't have a problem before, but the last several times now, I've brought my car to them in the morning, & didn't hear anything from them ALL DAY. When I notice it's about 5, I'll call to find out they're gone, & nobody called to tell me what's up with my car, or to say they need to keep it overnight. Other places call!!

After having my car serviced for various repairs I decided to bring my wife's car in to have an issue fixed with her power steering. Although the work was done I do not feel the proper attention to detail and quality was in line with my past experiences. For one when the used part was ordered and installed the mechanic failed to mention the fact that we would have to have two separate keys for the door and ignition until I arrived to pick up the car and asked why we had 2 keys. He then provided us with information that seemed to be more of a workaround instead of putting the car back to the state in which arrived minus the power steering issue. On top of this there was a boot left loose which caused an annoying hissing sound upon turning the car on and pressing the accelerator. We ended up having to purchase yet another part to get the key the way it was before and we also had to pay additional labor and at this time the hissing issue was fixed.
