Brought the 2018 Impala back from Indy for Jason and team to check out its A/C. Found the cooler core bad and Jason recommended talking to the dealer first before repairing. Dealer covered a portion of the repair saving us a big percentage of the cost. This is the service you get from a local, honest repair shop. I didn’t want the dealership to work on my car because of past experiences. I was able to get permission to have M & M Car Care work on it even while under warranty. They replaced my transmission and a new battery. The customer service was beyond exceptional!! From Christy in the office, Fredo the technician to the owner Jason. They handled everything with care and professionalism. I can’t say enough about this experience. They even worked out a rental car for me to use during the process.
